How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, then complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What if my payment fails?

Verify your card details and try again. If the issue continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach us at help@starstones.co for assistance.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will follow when your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Elo, UnionPay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

Are taxes included?

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total displayed before you complete your purchase includes all applicable taxes.

Is my payment secure?

Which carrier do you use?

All orders ship via USPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $7.95 USD. Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on worn items as well as unworn items.

What condition do items need to be in?

Items can be returned in any condition. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.

Are any items non-returnable?

No. All Star Stones jewelry is eligible for return within the 30-day window.

How do I start a return?

Email help@starstones.co with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Pack your item, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping on all returns. There is no cost to you.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 days to appear.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted in S925 sterling silver or 316L stainless steel, depending on the design. Each product page specifies the material used.

What are lab-grown birthstones?

Lab-grown stones are created in controlled environments to produce consistent color and clarity. They have the same appearance as natural stones but with more uniform quality across pieces.

Will your jewelry tarnish?

Sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time, which can be cleaned with a polishing cloth. Stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing and requires minimal maintenance.

Can I wear your jewelry every day?

Yes. Our pieces are designed for daily wear. Both sterling silver and stainless steel hold up well with regular use.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces in a dry place when not wearing them. For sterling silver, use a soft polishing cloth to maintain shine. Stainless steel can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals.
