Accepted Payment Methods

Payment Processing

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified.

When you place an order, your payment method is charged immediately. If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed. You will need to update your payment information and place a new order.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on Star Stones are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at checkout when you complete your purchase.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. The total displayed before completing your purchase includes all applicable taxes.

Shipping Costs

Star Stones uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your transactions. We do not store credit card or payment details on our servers. All payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed according to our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute it. If you experience problems with your order or payment, please reach out to help@starstones.co before filing a chargeback.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include:
